A TODDLER and a person have died in a horror automotive crash – with cops now begging witnesses to return forward.
The fatal smash occurred at 8.26am on Sunday morning when their Land Rover Discovery collided with a Mini Cooper earlier than hitting a tree in Hesketh Lane, Tarleton.

A 50-year-old man and a 17-month-old woman have been pronounced lifeless at the scene.
The driving force of the Mini was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Sgt Matt Davidson, of Lancashire Constabulary's Critical Collision Investigation Unit stated: "These are terribly unhappy and tragic circumstances that have resulted in a man, and a young woman dropping their lives this morning.
"Our ideas are very a lot with their family members at this awful time.
"We might ask that you simply refrain from hypothesis online and want to thank the members of the area people for their endurance and understanding whilst our officers carried out their investigations in the present day.
"We at the moment are appealing to you, the general public, to ask that for those who witnessed this collision, or have any dashcam or CCTV footage from Hesketh Lane or the encompassing areas between 8:00am and eight:30am this morning to please get in touch.
"We consider that there are people who might have witnessed the collision, or the white Land Rover Discovery within the moments beforehand, that we now have not but spoken to.
