A TODDLER and a person have died in a horror automotive crash – with cops now begging witnesses to return ahead.
The fatal smash occurred at eight.26am on Sunday morning when their Land Rover Discovery collided with a Mini Cooper earlier than hitting a tree in Hesketh Lane, Tarleton.
A 50-year-old man and a 17-month-old woman have been pronounced lifeless on the scene.
The driving force of the Mini was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Sgt Matt Davidson, of Lancashire Constabulary's Critical Collision Investigation Unit stated: "These are terribly sad and tragic circumstances that have resulted in a man, and a younger woman dropping their lives this morning.
"Our ideas are very a lot with their loved ones at this terrible time.
"We might ask that you simply refrain from speculation online and want to thank the members of the area people for his or her endurance and understanding while our officers carried out their investigations right now.
