AN Outer Banks star has spoken out after he was arrested for allegedly attacking hospital employees on Tuesday.
Actor Austin North, 27, allegedly punched nurses and a phlebotomist on the emergency room at UMC Hospital in Las Vegas.


North, who played Topper Thornton on the show Outer Banks, allegedly punched a nurse in the head and shoved the face of one other nurse, in accordance with the police report obtained by The U.S. Sun.
The actor also allegedly pushed a phlebotomist right into a desk.
The medical employee hit North in the head with a tray in an effort to keep off the attack, in line with the report.
In his mugshot, North might be seen staring into the digital camera with a gash on his eyebrow and blood on his face.
Police stated that he was cuffed to a hospital mattress by security officers before being arrested by Las Vegas PD.
He has since been released from jail.
"I'm deeply upset by the occasions that happened in Las Vegas this past week," North wrote in an Instagram Story posted on Thursday.
"My good friend drove me to the hospital as a result of I assumed I was having a coronary heart attack. A number of exams have been taken, including blood, which came back adverse for any medicine or alcohol in my system.
"I used to be having a severe nervousness attack."
The star claimed that he had virtually no recollection of the occasions that day on the hospital.
