THE mom of one of the Nottingham stabbing victims has stated the households felt ignored by the Crown Prosecution Service.
Barnaby Webber's mum Emma claims the CPS didn't take their views into consideration before killer Valdo Calocane's trial.
Ms Webber advised BBC Breakfast: "The CPS used the phrase consulted. That's not consultation.
"What we got was a fait accompli.
"We had plenty of considerations that have been in probably the most half wholly ignored.
"We have been led to consider by our police group that 'it's murder, we've obtained him, he's taking place'."
Calocane was given a hospital order for manslaughter by diminished duty at Nottingham crown courtroom.
He stabbed to demise Barnaby and Grace O'Malley-Kumar, each 19, and Ian Coates, 65.
A assessment, announced by Lawyer Basic Victoria Prentis, will take a look at the CPS's determination to simply accept Calocane's pleas.
Grace O'Malley-Kumar's father, Dr Sanjoy Kumar, stated having to continue to marketing campaign for murder fees had made the "grief worse" and "saps power".
