The pair concealed the birth in 2022 then went "off-grid" – dwelling in a "thin and flimsy" tent in the midst of winter, jurors heard.

Victoria, who spent "a lot of her life" in a Lidl bag for life, was later found lifeless inside an deserted shed like she was "refuse".

At this time the jury of Marten and Gordon's manslaughter trial have been proven distressing photographs of the child's burnt clothing for the first time.&

The upsetting snaps show the destroyed baby garments discovered close to the couple's burnt-out automotive.

Other abandoned gadgets near the Peugeot on the M61 included a bible, a bag of more than 30 cell phones, five used nappies and a cat in a cat box.

Marten and Gordon sparked a nationwide hunt after the automotive was discovered on the motorway on January 5.

They allegedly used Marten's trust fund to pay lots of of kilos for taxis whereas they evaded police.

Marten, whose household lived at Dorset estate Crichel Home, acquired almost £19,000 in funds into her account from a trust fund while on the run.

Her father was a web page to the late Queen, whereas her grandmother was a goddaughter to& the Queen& Mom.

Despite this, jurors have been advised baby Victoria was being carted round by her mother and father in just a nappy despite the cold temperatures.

The couple also lived in a "skinny and flimsy" tent in the midst of winter, it is stated.

One witness informed the courtroom how she and her husband spotted the tent while out for some "recent air" in Stanmer Park, Brighton, on February 19.

Pauline Mason stated: "I observed a tent, the tent was royal blue, it was not very massive. I simply thought it may be a hiker.

"My husband had walked ahead of me and I shouted to him, 'Come over, what's that tent doing there?'

"He stated, 'Dunno, somebody is sleeping out on a chilly night time'. I used to be shocked by it then continued on my scooter."

Additional on, she observed a "mum with baby", Mrs Mason stated.

Prosecutor Tom Little KC requested: "What did you discover, if something, concerning the baby?"

Mrs Mason stated: "The mom was targeted on the infant, her eyes have been completely targeted on that baby and my eyes went from her to the child.

"The child was in a sling. She was holding her across the baby's head to steady it."

The kid was very pale, didn't make any sound and her head was "wobbling", "floppy" and "unsteady", the witness stated.

She was "very stunned" to see the kid had no hat, socks or booties on and was only sporting a cardigan and leggings.

Mrs Mason stated the lady appeared drained and she or he felt sorry for her.

A number of steps behind was Gordon, she stated, adding: "He checked out me and acknowledged that I had appeared at the baby and gave me a smile."

Mr Little stated: "At that time limit, as you had seen the child for six to eight seconds, you then continued on your recent air flip around Stanmer Park. Did you assume the child was alive?"

FINAL MOVEMENTS

Mrs Mason replied: "I stored considering and interested by that child. I assumed that the colour, it did not go."

"There was no colour and that child was white. I do assume that child had died. It was lifeless."

Requested if anything brought about her to assume that, she stated: "It was inappropriately dressed. There was no blanket, no hat, no socks, skinny cardigan."

Mrs Mason stated she continued up the path but appeared again in the direction of the couple because she "could not consider" what she had seen.

Cross-examining for Gordon, John Femi-Ola KC requested if she might have been mistaken about seeing him.

She replied: "Yes, I may need been but I consider that they related and as soon as I noticed her and him behind her I knew they have been together."

On seeing the child, she stated: "I was fairly shocked once I noticed it. I did not need to consider it.

"I did not need to comprehend it was lifeless."

On February 27, Marten and Gordon have been arrested in East Sussex.

Days later, Victoria's body was found in a Lidl supermarket bag coated in rubbish in a disused shed, it's stated.

CONSTANCE Marten and Mark Gordon allegedly sparked a 54-day manhunt throughout the UK after vanishing with their child Victoria.
