THE father on trial for killing his daughter Concord Montgomery was recorded on a jailhouse call saying that FBI officers looking for her are losing their time.
The jail conversation between Adam Montgomery and a good friend was played to the jury as prosecutors and the protection wrapped up closing arguments on Wednesday.



Earlier than prosecutors ended their case on Tuesday, they performed an audio recording of Montgomery on a call with a good friend whereas he was in jail in 2022.
In the course of the call, Montgomery was heard discussing the huge search effort federal and local authorities have been taking to attempt to find his lacking daughter, Harmony, who was final seen alive in 2019.
"That they had the FBI and everybody there digging up the river, dude. They wasted their time," Montgomery was heard saying.

The jury was sent to start deliberations after prosecutors and the protection ended closing arguments.
'NO LOVING FATHER'
Prosecutor Ben Agati branded Montgomery an "enraged titan" after the defense positioned the blame for Harmony's demise on his estranged wife, Kayla Montgomery.
"'I f**ked up, I f**ked up, I f**ked up,' that's what the defendant informed Travis Seashore the night time he used a U-Haul to vanish Concord's body to no matter place it is proper now, that he is aware of where it's," Agati advised the jury.
"Not 'we f**ked up,' not 'Kayla f**ked up,' 'I f**ked up.'
"Adam Montgomery was no loving father. He was an enraged titan who had no business being around Concord.
"On the day of Harmony's dying, all he has is his automotive, his rage, his fists. After he learns Harmony dirty herself in the automotive.

Protection lawyer Caroline Smith claimed Montgomery was influenced by Kayla, who she repeatedly known as a liar.
"Adam did not kill his baby woman. He made horrible and felony selections after Harmony's dying to keep his family collectively," stated Smith.
"If you take a look at important eye at Kayla's lies, you will notice they're lies intertwined with the truth.
"The allegation that Adam beat his youngster for days and then on December 7 [2021], for hours, is loopy."
"Adam did some very, very dangerous things, however he didn't kill his daughter."
Montgomery, 34, is dealing with costs of second-degree murder, second-degree assault, and witness tampering after pleading guilty to abuse of a corpse and falsifying physical evidence initially of his trial.
Concord's mom, Crystal Sorey, filed a courtroom request on Tuesday to formally declare her daughter lifeless.
A New Hampshire decide will maintain a hearing on Sorey's request on March 11.
Sorey can also be planning on pursuing a wrongful dying declare on behalf of her daughter, in line with courtroom documents obtained by ABC affiliate& WMUR-TV.
