In an Apple group help dialogue, one buyer posted: "On my iPhone my WhatsApp is about to routinely save the pictures I obtain on Pictures.
"For me this was working simply positive, but a few days in the past Photographs started to save lots of every photograph twice.
"Which means now, if I receive one photograph by way of WhatsApp after which I'm going to Photographs, the same pic seems duplicated."
Apple has pointed iPhone house owners in the direction of WhatsApp's customer help channels.
