'Drive your car right back over it!' says repairman touting driveway change that fixes uneven concrete in 20 minutes | 38694W5 | 2024-04-22 12:08:01
A REPAIRMAN has revealed a product that easily fixes a major driveway safety issue.
As numerous drivers run into problems with uneven concrete on the driveways that can cause issues for their car, a mechanic said homeowners can fix the safety hazard with a handy substance.

The repairman said the fix could be easy to do with PolyLevel, Chicago's WGN-TV reported.
He explained that it's a good time to notice sunken concrete when the weather changes from winter to spring.
"It might be your driveway, it might be your sidewalk," founder of Perma-Seal Roy Spencer started.
"It might be your front stoop or your patio."
That being said, if you do notice cracks in your property's concrete, he urged that you address it.
"Once it's sunk or cracked, it can only get worse," the pro warned.
"There is a quick and relatively easy fix to do that, to avoid major repairs down the road."
Apparently, it isn't easy to have an expert come out and replace a section for a small crack.
"And then it doesn't look the same as the rest," Spencer added.
"So we have a great solution."
<!-- End of Brightcove Player --> Perma-Seal's poly-level concrete raising system helps with that by using foam.
"We actually inject a foam under the existing concrete," he explained.
"And raise it back where it's smooth and level with the old concrete so it looks great and it performs great."
Spencer said that it's a job that can be done in just minutes so homeowners can be back to using their driveway ASAP.
</div> </div> After his team seals up "a bump" in your driveway, you can ride your car over it within 20 minutes.
"So it works right away," the Perma-Seal founded added.
The system is less expensive than mud jacking which is a similar process to even concrete that can be compared to a bit like jacking up a car from underneath when you have to change a flat tire.
"We can use less material," Spencer explained.
"It is the least expensive, most efficient, quickest way."
He also said that the material used for the technique is durable and won't deteriorate.
