Although he was a legend on the silver screen, Gene Hackman's commitment to the glamorous Hollywood scene caused a rift in his family life. Hackman, 95, and and his wife Betsy Arakawa, 64, were found dead and partially mummified on Wednesday in their $3.3million mansion in Santa Fe, which authorities say was found unlocked and with the front door open. No cause of death has been revealed. The late actor, who admitted he fell to the 'temptations' of 'money and recognition', spent months away from his first wife Faye Maltese and their three children - Christopher, Leslie, and Elizabeth - as he carved a name for himself in Hollywood.
